    Bright is a small rural town located in North Eastern Victoria approximately 320 kms (3.5 hours drive) from Melbourne.

    The town is a popular all-year-round destination for tourists with an extensive list of things to do in and around the area like fishing, horse riding, dirt-bike riding, four-wheel-driving, paragliding and importantly bike riding as well as much more.

    For those who like to relax, there is a good variety of touristy shops, cafes, restaurants, a local brewery and several wineries in the area.

    It is popular with families with kids of all ages, people looking for a romantic escape, sporting enthusiasts and pretty much anyone really.

    From Bright there are dozens of great day-trips to places like Beechworth, Harrietville, Mt Hotham, Falls Creek & Dinner Plain just to mention a few.

    Road cycling enthusiasts love the challenge of the nearby hill climbs like Mt Hotham, Falls Creek and Mt Buffalo.

    And for families or people who just love to enjoy the outdoors, the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail is ideally suited to any age or ability.
